Our Restaurant

Our hotel is family-run, and our authentic homemade cooking is based on Tuscany's best culinary traditions coupled with the possibility of tasting the best wines from the area.
Our menu includes:
CROSTINI TOSCANI APPETIZER:
slices of toasted bread with savory chicken liver pate.
PANZANELLA:
stale bread that is soaked and seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, onions, tomato, cucumber and basil.
I PICI:
thick spaghetti made by hand from water and flour, served with a meat sauce, or with a garlic sauce with sauteed bread crumbs, based on our ancestors' recipe.
RIBOLLITA:
this thick soup, made of vegetables and bread, is emblematic of Siena's cuisine.
MIXED ROASTED MEATS:
an exquisite mix of free-range chicken and guinea hen, pork, sausage, rabbit and pigeon.
These are some of our culinary specialties... but what is it that makes it all so flavorful?
The answer lies in our ability to obtain the freshest ingredients from Babbo Marino's farm. You can also enjoy the wine and "vin santo" dessert wine, which Babbo Marino makes with special care following the traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.
